Can you believe that such monsters are allowed to become parents? CNN reports.
A 4-month-old girl died when her inebriated mother fell asleep on top of her while breast-feeding, prosecutors said.

A 4-month-old girl died when her inebriated mother fell asleep on top of her while breast-feeding, prosecutors said.
Lorinda Hawkins told police she fell asleep about 15 minutes after she started breast-feeding the baby February 23 because of her intoxication, a criminal complaint said. When she woke up about an hour later, the baby was pale and wasn't breathing, the complaint said.

oh my god. terrible. true what they say about needing a license to own a tv set or a pet but none to become a parent.
This is ridiculous!
I did hear a similar incident a couple of years back. Condemn such parents.
oh god! the papers - actually tabloids are full of stories like that. there was one crack head mother who was so stoned she didn't realise that the house was on fire. Her baby died and to get out of being arrested she concoted a story about being tied up by 2 men who robbed the house and then set it on fire! and that;s just one story - there's stuff like this almost every day. it makes me sick
